Student Voice Towards a Final Product

The number one way to get people inspired is to value their voice/contribution/insight.  If a project is made with the collective input of all parties involved, then the result of that project will prove to be sustainable.

Student Voice is a term used currently by our Minister of Education.  This term is valuable to all of us because it enables students to feel affirmed in their views and input, enabling them to feel part of the process.  It allows a sense of belonging.

Whether or not all view goes into the final product, it is the process that matters.  The process is the learning.

Our learning never stops.  Using this process of inclusion does however, increase the value of the product manifold; simply put - we are never as smart as all of us put together.  The end result is a combination of all perspectives and intellects, making this product the best it can be.

Moreover, the next time a project or initiative is undertaken, participation will be readily available because people feel they are valued.
